Port Blair, Jan 10: ABVP demanded for one more counseling for admission of students in UG Courses in colleges of A & N Administration. On a letter addressing Secretary (Education) ABVP Raised this issue by pointing that many seats are lying vacant in different department of colleges of administration. Vidyarthi Parishad also mentioned that many students from inter-islands who applied for admission but could not able to attain the counseling because of the reasons like COVID-19 Containment zone regulations, non-availability of transportation and also non-dissemination of proper information in this pandemic situation.
ABVP also indicated on chance that if these students will not be admitted to pursue further studies they will lose a whole academic year.
