Louis Braille Day Celebrated by Sai Shiksha Samaj

Port Blair, Jan 04: Sai Shiksha Samaj, Supply Lane, Port Blair an association working for the cause of disables of these Islands celebrated Louis Braille Day today in order to honor the inventor of Braille script.
Mr. T. Deepak, General Secretary of the said association welcomed Mr. Dr. Shilendra Kumar Singh, the Director of Social welfare as he was the Chief Guest and his presence giggled the hearts of visually impaired students of the SAI Education Center center who enrolled in various vocational courses.
The special invitees of the said occasion were Mr. Dr. Hemanth Rao, the founder of Sampoorn Bharat Jan Vikas Samiti and Mr. Iliyas Ahmad Khan, Chairman Daera-e-Urdu Adab, Andaman Nicobar Islands.
The Sai Education Center is presently in its admission process of enrolling divyang and underprivileged persons in various vocational courses for their empowerment and to make their dreams come true.
