Port Blair, May 12: A COVID 19 awareness campaign was conducted at Fish and Vegetable market, Junglighat by members of REVIVE, local NGO.
During the drive , awareness talk was given on washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, eating healthy diet, if symptomatic consult a doctor and 45+ COVID vaccination.
Mask were distributed and hand sanitization drive was conducted among the general public and fish /vegetables vendors of Junglighat
The police personals informed general public about COVID protocols.
The drive was supported by A & N Police under the supervision of SP, SA and ASP, SA.
