ANNUAL TRAINING CAMP FOR NCC CADET 2019

Port Blair, Oct 03: 1 (A&N) Indep Inf Coy NCC, Port Blair will be conducting the Annual training Camp for the year 2019 for the Army and Air NCC Cadets of A&N Islands at No.1 KV School, Port Blair for a period of 10 days from 05 Oct 19 to 14 Oct 19. Approximately 350 NCC Cadets along with ANO’s/Caretakers of Army and Air Wing from different schools and colleges of these islands are going to attend the camp. During the camp, cadets will be put through training modules on various aspects of Army and Air NCC. Social service activities and cleanliness drives will also be conducted by NCC cadets at various places of the city. Lectures on various important issues will be delivered by the resource persons from Govt. Departments, Traffic managements, Snake bite and fire fighting capsules will be conducted. During the period of Camp, the unit office will remain closed at Junglighat from 05 Oct 19 to 14 Oct 19. The office will be temporarily shifted to the camp venue at No.1 KV School, Port Blair. Any official correspondence during the camp period may be delivered at the camp site.
