Bangla Sanskriti Parishaad Celebrates International Women’s Day

Port Blair, March 09: The International women’s day was celebrated on the 8th March 2020 at Corbyn’s Cove beach South Andaman at 6 pm by the women members of the popular registered cultural organizations namely Bangla Sanskriti Parishaad, Shree Shree Hari Guru Chand Sanskritik Sangha and Anndaman Sanskriti Parishad.  The welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Saraswathi Mistry and Sudhir Biswas, (General Secretary, SSHGCSS & ASP) and Mr. Ashim Bhattacharjee (teacher) also delivered the valuable speeches about the significance of International Women’s day in the said occasion.

Further Mr. K.P.Biswas (Head Master) and Mrs. kalyani Halder (teacher) recited their self composed poem on said occasion. Beside that a large nos. of women tourist and a charitable women’s organization from Kolkata also witnesses the said IWD program.  The program ended with vote of thanks, proposed by Mr. Mahananda Gomasta, President, BSP.
