Port Blair, July 28: The South Andaman Teachers’ Branch of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association express deep condolences on the untimely and sudden demise of Shri P.Vallabha Rao, Primary School Teacher attached to Govt. Secondary School, Jirkatang No.2 today (28/07/2020) at G B Pant Hospital, Port Blair due to heart attack. He was 40 years and is survived by his mother. The Association conveys its heartfelt sympathy and condolences at this time of sorrow.
