Port Blair, July 05: The Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association expresses shock and grief at the sudden demise of Shri Vibhav Garg, Primary school Teacher attached to Govt. Senior Secondary School, Swaraj Dweep. He was under treatment at the Primary health centre there and breathed his last while shifting to GB Pant hospital Port Blair. He belongs to Delhi and was only 29. The Association conveys heartfelt condoles at his untimely death
