Port Blair, Sept 22: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Port Blair is going to organize District Level Declamation Contest on Patriotism & Nation Building as part of Republic Day Celebration,2020 with the “Theme of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas (Together We Grow, Together We prosper, Together We Build A Strong And Inclusive India) in the month of October, 2019.The objective of the declamation contest to strengthen the spirit of nationalism and patriotic feeling among-st youth and masses for enhanced participation in nation building.
As per the eligibility criteria any youth in the age group of 18-29 yrs may participate in the District Level Declamation contest, those youths are not participated in the Declamation Contest on Patriotism and Nation Building organized by NYK Port Blair during the year 2015-16, 2016-17 , 2017-18 and 2018-19. The winners will be awarded by cash money of Rs. 5000, 2000 & 1000 respectively by the first, second and third positions respectively. The winner of the District Level will get change in UT Level contest and UT Level first winner will be participated in State Level and then National Level (There is no provision of prize money in UT level contest).In a State level first prize Rs.25,000/-, second prize 10,000/- and third prize 5,000/- and in National level first prize Rs.2,00,000/- , second prize 1,00,000/- and third prize 50, 000/- and consolation prize Rs.10,000/- to each participants will be awarded.
