Port Blair, Jan. 08: The Department of Social Welfare has sanctioned new 418 cases of pensions, of which 318 cases are Old Age Pension, 66 cases of Widow Pension and 34 cases of Destitute Allowance to the beneficiaries who have applied for the pension under various schemes during the financial year 2019-2020. The list of the beneficiaries has been displayed in the Notice Board and also uploaded in the web site of the Department of Social Welfare for information of the beneficiaries.
