On behalf of the all elected and nominated Councillors of PBMC, I, N.K.Udhaya Kumar, Chairperson, PBMC extend my heartfelt gratitude to Shri Abishek Dev, IAS for his sincere and tireless contribution during his tenure as Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman) in developing of Port Blair city to skyheight and fighting the COVID -19 Crises. His spirit and commitment towards public service is exemplary in meeting the aspirations of the Citizens. PBMC acknowledges for his patient hearing to PBMC Problems and sorting it out within no time. PBMC wishes him to continue with all good works in his new venture and wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
