Guru Ki Rasoi Support ANI Administration and Volunteers to Serve the Needy

Port Blair, Aug 27: Continuing the charity, during the current lockdown imposed in South Andaman, ‘Port Blair Guru Ki Rasoi’ has donated ration kits to the needy through various platforms.

The Andaman Administration had contacted Mandeep Grewal and asked if the NGO could provide ration kits. Replying to the call, ration kits where made ready the same day and handed over to the A&N Administration the very next day.

Similarly F2AI group , All India People Welfare Association (AIPWA) and Mr Abdul Rehman from Prem Nagar had also contacted Mandeep Grewal for dry ration kits. Responding to the requests made, the NGO has provided 15 ration kits to be distributed in Dairy Farm area through F2AI and 70 kits to be distributed in Prem Nagar, Bambooflat and Shore Point area to AIPWA and the social workers.

The ration kits comprised of Rice – 5 kg, Atta – 1 kg, Cooking oil – 1 ltr, Pulses/Rajma – 1 kg, Salt – 1 kg, Turmeric powder – 1 packet, Chilly powder – 1 packet, Mix Masala – 1 packet, Tea Powder – 100 gram, Sugar – 1/2 kg, Soap – 1 nos, Tootpaste – 1 nos, Dairy Whitener – 1/2 kg.
