The 32nd Convocation of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is proposed to held on 3rd April, 2019 under Regional Centre, Port Blair.. Nearly 942 students are eligible for 32nd Convocation. Student who have completed their Programmes in December-2017 or JUNE-2018 Term-End-Examinations are eligible for award of original Degree/Diploma Certificate at this Convocation. Eligible students are required to register themselves for obtaining the degree/diploma certificate and pay the requisite fee(Rs.600/-) through online mode only (https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/ convregistration/). Students may attend the convocation and collect the certificate at any of the Regional Centres of their choice and at IGNOU HQ, New Delhi as per their convenience. In case, the convocation is not held in the city opted by the student, he will be permitted to attend the convocation in nearby city of the Regional Centre. The fee for obtaining the original degree/diploma certificate is Rs. 600/- per certificate and is to be paid though online mode only. Last date for online registration is 10th March, 2019. In case, students are not invited to attend the convocation or could not attend the convocation even after submitting the requisite fee, their certificate will be sent by post, after the convocation.
Certificate/PG certificate Programmes students are not required to register and pay the requisite fee. Their certificates will be sent by post, after the convocation from Student Evaluation Division, HQ, New Delhi. Students of MBA,MCA, M.COM, BTCM, BNS, etc are required to remit registration fee @ 600/- per certificate. Students have to take all the certificates if they have qualified for more than one module of the Programme, by paying Rs. 600 each.
