Port Blair, March 18: The Indira Gandhi National Open University, Regional Centre, Port Blair is organizing Orientation Programme for Tourism & Travel Management Teachers on Thursday, 19th March 2020. The Resource Person from IGNOU- HQ, New Delhi will be giving the orientation training through Gyandarshan –The Educational TV channel of India. The Gyandarshan TV channel is having two-way audio interaction facility i.e. the participants can call the studio and talk to the Resource Person, over telephone line, for interaction purpose. The faculties/teachers of tourism subject, the persons who are working in tourism sector at managerial level or those running their own tourism agencies, can attend the said orientation programme.
