Port Blair, June 04: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, has requested the Chief Secretary to release pension for old age, widow, handicap and destitute people. Many of these people are not getting their pension because they have not linked there Adhaar card with bank. Because of Covid lockdown and no mode of transportation these respected persons are unable to go to the bank for their Adhaar linkage. Once the Covid lockdown is over all of them will go to the bank and link their Adhaar. MP requested the Chief Secretary to request the concern department to release the pension of all the left out old age, widow, handicap and destitute persons. Since they do not have any money in their hand for their daily ration etc
