Port Blair, June 11: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, and President PCC ANI, along with Mr. K Ganeshan, former chairperson, PBMC and team today 11-06-2021 visited the Delanipur Community Hall Sanitary Section (Safaiwala) of Port Blair Municipal Council Ward No 03 & 08, 130 Safaiwala Workers distributed breakfast, face masks and homeopathy medicines to the staff of the Council. He also provided food and hailed the efforts of the municipal staff in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. He said that like frontline warriors of other departments, the frontline workers of the municipal council have been doing remarkably in providing essential services to the citizens during the crisis. Their contribution during the pandemic cannot be forgotten. He also suggested them to wear face masks while venturing out from homes to perform their duties. Homeopathy medicines are good immune boosting medicines. Govt Rules and Regulations Social distancing norms were duly followed.
