Port Blair, Sept 29: State President of Andaman and Nicobar BJP Mahila Morcha Mrs. Sampa Banerjee and National Executive Member Mrs. Sheela Singh participated in the two-day National Executive meeting of BJP Mahila Morcha organized in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The meeting which was held on 26 and 27 September, Mahila Morcha organizations of all the states and union territories presented their reports and were informed about the upcoming works.
National President BJP Mahila Morcha Mrs. Vanathi Srinivasan said that during the tenure of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, the mother power has become the strongest. Mahila Morcha Prabhari and National General Secretary Mr. Dushyant Kumar Gautam, National General secretary (organization) Mr. B L Santhosh, Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Mr. Pushkar Singh Dhami, Minister of State for Railways Darshana Jardosh,State Minister Mrs. Rekha Arya, about 200 representatives including National office bearers of Mahila Morcha, Women Lok Sabha and Rajya sabha MPs of India were participated in the meeting. National President Mr. J P Nadda addresses party workers. “BJP ensures women participation in all aspects — policy, programme, administration and governance,” Nutrition campaign, center’s plans for women and children, policy of Mahila Morcha and research freedom, role of media and internet media in Mahila Morcha, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav were discussed.
