Port Blair, June 01: Lieutenant General Ajai Singh, AVSM, called on the Lieutenant Governor Admiral DK Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, VSM, NM (Retd), Andaman & Nicobar Islands after taking over as the 16th Commander-in-Chief of the Andaman and Nicobar Command (CINCAN) on 01 Jun 21. The CINCAN discussed matters related to national importance, the security situation and measures being followed by ANC to fight the COVID pandemic. CINCAN assured the LG of all support of ANC to the ANI administration and local populace for security readiness and COVID-19.
