Port Blair, Jul 06: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Car Nicobar, Kakana Youth Club, Malacca Youth Club and Perka Youth Club jointly celebrated the 121st Birth Anniversary of Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on 6th July 2022 at Community Hall, Kakana Village in which 75 youths participated.
On the occasion Mr. AnanadVardhan Mishra, Assistant Commissioner (HQ), Car Nicobar was the chief guest and he garlanding to the portrait of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee along with Mrs. Mabal, 1st Captain, Kakana village, Mr. Watchful, 3rd Captain, Perka village and Mr. Thomas Lawson Lawson, 3rd Captain, Kakana village. Mr. Kiran Kumar, PGT, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Malacca delivered a speech on the life, struggle and messages of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.
On the occasion, one participant from each village expressed their views and needs regarding the development of their society. The chief guest also highlighted the messages of Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and urged the youths to channel their energies in the best way.
Earlier, Mr. AlphonceToppo, Deputy Director (OSD), NYK, Car Nicobar welcomed the chief guest and gatherings and briefed about the importance of the day.
On the other hand, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kamorta and youth clubs celebrated the 121st Birth Anniversary of Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on 6th July 2022 at Community Hall, ChotaEnaka village in which 50 youths participated. On the occasion Mr. Charles Jacob, Chief Captain, Kamorta Island was the chief guest and he garlanded the portrait of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.
The chief guest also delivered a speech about Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. Mr. JeromToppo, APS, NYK, Kamorta delivered a speech on the life, struggle and message of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and proposed a vote of thanks.
