President BBMF expresses concern over dangerous trees inside GSS Utara Campus

Port Blair, Jul 23: Mr. Sampad Kumar Roy, President of Bongo Bhashi Mahasabha Foundation (BBMF), a National NGO, Andaman and Nicobar Islands has urged in a letter regarding issue permission for cutting down some 10-11 dangerous Trees from Government Secondary School, Utara area.

In his letter addressed to the Assistant Commissioner of Rangat, the President pointed out that there are some dangerous Casuarinas and Coconut trees in Government Secondary School at Uttara campus, which are dangerous, not only for school buildings and children, but also for village people.

He urged to conduct proper departmental surveys and issue permission for cutting down the dangerous trees upon survey No. 445/2 on Govt. Secondary school campus as soon as possible.
