Port Blair, June 16: The Central Tribal Cooperative Society, Ellon Hinengo Limited (EHL) has pledged to help the needy Nicobarese in South Andaman. The Campaign was officially started today from EHL office in Port Blair in the presence of Shri Suneel Anchipaka, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Shri Ameen Moosa, Managing Director EHL, along with entire team of EHL. There are about 400 ration kits out of which 40 of them were distributed today, and will continue with the distribution everyday between 7am and 9am till the completion of total kits.
Ellon Hinengo Limited is a tribal Cooperative society based in Carnicobar which was founded in the year 1977, it owns two ocean going cargo ships, fair price shops, Petrol pump, engineering division, and stevedoring activities in Carnicobar.
