Port Blair, Sept 29: Botanical Survey of India, Andaman and Nicobar Regional Centre organized Hindi fortnight-2022 from 14th to 29th September, 2022. Various competitions, essay, speech, dictation etc, for Hindi & non-Hindi persons are being conducted to mark the celebration. Inaugurating the Valedictory function Joint Director & Head of Regional Centre, Dr. Lal Ji Singh emphasized upon the role of Hindi throughout country and facilitated the winners of various competitions. Dr Singh appreciated all winners and participants. Scientists/Officers and staff of BSI actively participated in the programme. The programme was moderated by Dr. Pankaj Arvind Dhole, Botanist & by Mr Prakash Horo, Junior Translation Officer delivered the vote of thanks.
