Port Blair, July 05: Mr. Vishal Jolly, Core-Committee Member & Former State President, BJP A&N Islands & Member of Home Ministry Advisory Committee, GoI wrote a letter to Chief Secretary, A & N Administration regarding permission to transport non-essential goods from Port Blair to N & M Andaman Islands as all non essential shops are permitted to open, further he draw the attention towards problem faced by the owners and consumers of N & M Andaman Islands on non-essential goods. At present only the Essential goods are permitted to transport to N&M Andaman. The people of N&M Andaman Islands are facing problem, particularly the construction workers, due to non-availability of non-essential goods in their Islands.
