Port Blair, Oct 05: Keeping its commitment of zero tolerance against illegal activities, the staff of PS Central Crime Station comprising Sub Inspector Abdul Nazir, Head Constable K. J. Raffi, Constable K. Rajendran and Home Guard Johny Toppo under the supervision of Inspector P.K. Abdul Arif, SHO, PS CCS conducted a raid at Garacharma, Joda Kalan on 02/10/2018 and recovered 40 bottles of 750 ml Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL). In this connection one S. Maryraju S/o Mr. R. Sethu R/o Calicut has been arrested. This is one of the largest haul of IMFL by CCS this year. A & N Police is committed to fight against illegal trade of illicit liquor and IMFL. The general public is requested to inform any credible information pertaining to gambling, illegal sale or possession of liquor/drugs or any other illegal activity on the following telephone numbers- 100, 232586, 9474228912 & 233307. The identity of the informer will be kept secret.
