Overall pass percentage of Xth increases by 18.58% in Isles
Port Blair, May 08: The result of All India Secondary School Examination 2018-19 (Class X) has been announced on 6th May 2019.
As per the results downloaded from the website of CBSE, out of 3634 students who appeared in Class X from the Government and Private Schools in A & N Islands, 3251 students have passed and 365 Students have been placed in compartment. The overall pass percentage of A&N Islands stands at 89.46 as compared to 70.88% during 2017-18 with an increase of 18.58%.
The overall pass percentage of Administration Schools stands at 85.64% as compared to 64.03% during 2017-18 with increase of 21.61%.
Moreover in comparison to 16 schools secured 100% results in last year against which this year 40 schools have secured 100% results out of which 28 schools belong to Administration as under:-
