Port Blair, Oct 14: International Human Rights Council A & N State board is going to organise of former President of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s birth Anniversary tomorrow at Hotel TSG, Phoenix bay, Budha Hall. Programme includes garlanding the portrait of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, felicitations /Honouring/ Presentation of Achievement awards to eminent personalities in different areas.
