Port Blair, July 26: The Directorate of Industries jointly with the A&N Islands Khadi & Village Industries Board will organize Awareness Campaign-cum-Peoples Education Programme on Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme, LANIDS, Start-Up & MUDRA and other Govt. sponsored self-employment scheme at different areas of South Andaman district in association with DIC, Directorate of AH&VS, Agriculture, Fisheries, Employment Exchange, NYKS, MSME-DI, Coir Board, ANCON, NGO, Banks and PRIs at 10 am at Gram Panchayat, Wimberlygunj, South Andaman on July 30, 2019.
All unemployed / underemployed youths of the concerned area who intend to setup their self employment ventures under manufacturing / service sector duly availing finance under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme [PMEGP] and other Govt. sponsored self employment schemes may attend the programme as per the venue, date & time specified above along with two copies of passport size photographs, attested copies of local certificate / Islander identity card, ration card, educational qualification / training certificates, if any etc. for filling up of loan applications under the captioned scheme in respect of their jurisdiction on the spot.
