Port Blair, May 05: Mr. Vishal Jolly, State President, BJP, A & N Islands and the entire BJP family of Andaman and Nicobar Islands had conveyed their respective special wishes to Mr. Adarsh Ilango, District Vice-President, Yuva Morcha, BJP, A & N Islands for his marvellous performance in becoming the Island topper for this academic year in CBSE 12th class examinations, in a release State Convenor, Media Cell, BJP said.
