Port Blair, July 14: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, ANTCC and all senior leaders have deeply mourned the deaths of Mr. Kartik Chander Roy, 75 years and Mr. Dilip Biswas, 55 years who have left for heavenly abode on today he 14th July, 2019 and prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and strength to their respective family members. Both are the residents of Mathura.
