Port Blair, Dec 27: Gram Sabha was organized for finalization of “Gram Panchayat Development Plan” in association with line departments for the year 2019-20 under “People’s Plan Campaign” with theme “Sabki Yojana-Sabka Vikas” on 27.12.2018 at 10:00 AM in the premises of Community Hall Mithakhari with total no. of 322 participants including 33 Govt. Officials. Various dignitaries namely Mr. Sanjib Kr. Mandal, Adhyaksh ZP S/Andaman, Dr. Jai Sunder, Principal Scientist CIARI, Mr. Anil Kr. Bose, Asst. Marine Engineer, DSS, Dr. Nagesh Ram, Sr. Scientist KVK and others representatives of various line depts. attended the Gram Sabha. All the target and achievement of all the schemes of various line departments presented were finalized. Pradhan Mr. Mohd. Safiq welcomed the gathering and appreciated general public and representatives for their participation and cooperation for the success of executing GPDP 2019-20. Various other problems related to Gram Panchayat Mithakhari where discussed and their solutions were given by the Govt. officials. Later the Sabha ended with the vote of thanks of Panchayat Secretary Gram Panchayat Mithakhari.
