On the auspicious occasion of ‘Holi’ I extend my warm greetings to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Depicting different colours of our lively culture and vivid traditions, the festival of Holi while giving message of love and brotherhood, also brings zeal and enthusiasm in life of all. On this occasion, I wish for the peace and harmony in these Emerald Islands to be maintained always and the people continue to live with prosperity and happiness.
