Port Blair, Sept 04: The Indira Gandhi National Open University, Regional Evaluation Centre- Kochi is empanelling subject experts as Evaluator for Exam Answer Scripts. The college teachers working as regular/part-time/guest faculty are also eligible to apply. The one page proforma is available at IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair. The Proforma can also be obtained from Regional Centre by email (rcportblair@ignou.ac.in) and also circulated to all the higher education institutes in A & N Islands.
IGNOU being a mega university handles 15 lakh answer scripts in every semester /year. To timely evaluate the answer scripts, more evaluators are required for UG ( BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BTS, BSW, BLIS) and PG (MA, M.Com, MTTM, MLIS, MSW, M.Sc, MCA) programmes of IGNOU. Interested experts may visit IGNOU Regional Centre, at Kannada Sangha Building, Near Syndicate Bank, 18, Tagore, Road, Mohanpura, Port Blair during working days. The filled-in proforma is to be submitted within September-2018 at Regional Centre, Port Blair. A communication from IGNOU Regional Centre, Port Blair said.
