Port Blair, Oct 12: To facilitate the students of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the IGNOU Regional Centre is organizing special video classes on every Saturday, On 13th October 2018, during forenoon session 10 am to 1 pm the CD on the topic NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCY DISORDERS,RETENTION OF NUTRIENTS, IS YOUR FOOD SAFE TO EAT, BHOJAN MEIN POSHTIKTA,AAPKA BHOJAN KITNA SURAKSHIT,SUVIDHA JANAK KHADYA PADARTH,SHAISHAV AVASTHA EVAM VIDYALAYA SE PURVA KI AYU MEIN POSHAN,VRIDDHAVASTHA MEIN POSHAN, BHOJAN KE BARE MEIN GALAT JANKARI will be played. Similarly during post-lunch session 1 pm to 5 pm for RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS, PAVAN SE SAMPARK-THIRTHA YATRA KE SAMAJ SHASTRIYA MAHATVA, URBAN LABOURERS, SHAHARI MAZDOOR will also be played. The Video Class will be held at first floor of Kannada Sangha Building, IGNOU Regional Centre, Mohanpura. Each topic specific video CD will be of 30 minutes duration. The students of Certificate in Food & Nutrition, Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education & Bachelor of Arts who opted Sociology as Main /Elective subject are informed through SMS/e-mail, phone calls from RC. If the students are not able to attend on Saturday Video Class, they may come to RC on any working day from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm to watch the Video Class.
