Port Blair, Dec 17: “JanaSena Party Andaman Nicobar” held a public meeting at Bathu Basti on 16.12.2018, Prominent speakers of JSPAN which included their State President Mr. K. Venkat Ram Babu and State Vice President Mr. Baidynath Rai, State Vice President Mr. Ganapathi State Vice President, Mr. C.H.V.V. Satyanarayana State General Secretary Org Mr. Shayeed Ali, State General Secretary Mr. Joga Rao, Secretary Mr. Venkat voiced their demands which included the introduction of Domicile status for all islanders, 15% Reservation for 10 years category / class, Regularization of Excess land / Encroachment land prior to 2007, Reduction in Airfare, State Assembly, Appointment of DRMs in all departments, All vacant posts fill in all departments, Re-survey of BPL, Implementation of the Vivek Rai committee recommendation and Providing 4% reservation in Govt. Jobs for Physical Challenged Persons, Commencement of flight under Udan schemes for remote Islands as soon as possible etc.
