Port Blair, Aug 29: The Lt. Governor Admiral D.K. Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.) felicitated the parents of Mr. Esow Alben, a promising young boy of Nicobar, on occasion of National Sports Day- 2018 with an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh in recognition of his recent achievement of winning the Silver Medal in UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championship-2018. The Chief Secretary, Secretary (Sports) and Secretary to LG of A & N Administration were present on the occasion.
