Port Blair, Apr 04: In connection with the upcoming General Election-2019, a training programme for Micro Observers was organized in the ASI Auditorium here today. Addressing the trainees, the General Observer, Mr. Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma said, micro observers have a very crucial to play in the conduct of an Independent, free and fair election. The report of micro- observers is very important as it contains all crucial details pertaining to the polling process. On account of this, the micro-observers should discharge their duties with utmost responsibility, he added.
The State Level Master Trainer, Mr. Som Naidu, through a power point presentation enlightened the trainees about their duties as Micro Observers at their assigned polling stations.
