Port Blair, Jan 30: On 28.01.2019 Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray,MP. in presence of Dr. Monica Priyadarshni, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Nicobar District, Mr. Aberdeen Blair, Chairman, Tribal Council, Car Nicobar, Mr. Lionel Nicomede, Vice Chairman, Tribal Council, Car Nicobar, Mr. Martin Luhther, Secretary Tribal Council Car Nicobar, Mr. Rajiv Kumar, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Car Nicobar, Mr. K. k. Lakshman, Assistant Commissioner(HQ), Car Nicobar, Dr. Manjayshree Devi, Block Development Officer, Car Nicobar, First Headman /village captains of the respective villages of Car Nicobar has inaugurated three (3) Open Gyms installed from MPLAD fund one each at a cost of Rs:7,86,500/-, one at Kakana Village, one at Tamaloo Village and third one at Muss Village of Car Nicobar.
During the occasion, a large number of villagers, youths of the respective villages, officials of District Administration and AE’s/JE’s of APWD, Car Nicobar were also witnessed the inauguration ceremony and loudly expressed their gratitude to Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, M.P for extending his incredible efforts to installed such use full health/fitness care mechanism for the youth of Car Nicobar.
