Port Blair, Mar 07: “On 05th March, 2019, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, MP, A&N Islands in presence of Ward Councillors of respective Municipal Wards and the Pradhan/PRI member/Ward member of Gupta Para Panchayat have laid the foundation stones at five works of MPLAD fund. A large numbers of prominent villagers of respective Municipal wards and Panchayat were also participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony.

Construction of CC Foot path with side drain from Link Road to Mr. Eswer Rao’s House at Protrapur under Municipal Ward No.24 at a total cost of Rs: 06,18,781/-
Construction of CC Motorable road with side drain & protection wall from Rajaji Nagr Link Roads to Smt. Bartakulla’s House at Rajaji Nagar under Municipal Ward No.24 at a total cost of Rs: 16,65,794/-
Construction of CC Motorable road in between Govt, Primary School and the house of Mr. S.K.Singh at Garacharama under Municipal Ward No.18 at a total cost of Rs: 06,29,118/-
Construction of Black Top road with side drain & protection wall from main road to Mr. Vishambaram’s House at Ward No.01 of Nayashahar village under Gupta Para Gram Panchayat at a total cost of Rs: 14,38084/-
