Port Blair, Jan 07: On receipt of the report from the DRMs working in different division of APWD, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, M.P. vide his letter dated 05.01.2019 has requested the Secretary, APWD for ensuring the disbursement of arrear payment on account of fixation of 1/30th pay to the DRMs working in different Divisions of APWD in accordance with the Administration’s OM.No.289 dated22.09.2017. Apart from the above, the Secretary, APWD has been further requested to explore the possibilities for facilitating the EPF account to all DRMs who are working in APWD since past many years in terms of Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act,1952, a release from MP office said here today.
