Port Blair, Feb 21: Mr. Naresh Chander Lal’s Feature Film “GANDHI THE MAHATMA” based on Island’s Cosmo Culture Unity and Diversities received Pt. Raj Kumar Shukla Award for Best Film on Mahatma Gandhi in the 2nd Jharkhand International Film Festival 2019 at Ranchi.
The award function was organised at Ranchi on 1st Feb 2019 by Raj Kumar Shukla Foundation where Mr. Rajesh Jais who played the Role of Gandhi as Actor received the Award. With this Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, recipient of Padmashree Award has brought yet another laurel for these remote Islands, a communication said here.
