Port Blair, Oct 14: Sahara, an association for disables is celebrating” World’s White Cane Safety Day” on October 15th 2018 at JNRM College ground from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM highlighting the importance of white cane in the lives of visually impaired people and its purpose in their lives and in this event various games and cultural shows will be conducted to exhibit the inherent talents and capacities of divyang people and also disability related issues will be also be discussed in this event.
All the divyang persons /children regardless of their disability have been requested to attend this celebration to have wider exposure on various issues related to them.
