Port Blair, Oct 20: The South Andaman Teachers’ Branch (SATB) of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association, A & N Islands has condoled the sad demise of Mr Shree Ram, GTT attached to Govt. Sec. School, South Point. He passed away on Thursday at Vijaya Hospital, Chennai. He was 59 and is survived by his wife Smt Tara Devi, GTT also working in Education Department. The body of the departed soul was brought to Port Blair today and the last rites performed at his native place in Namunaghar. In a release, the association prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and for enough strength for the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
