Port Blair, Nov 29: On the occasion of NCC day, First Officer Kalluri Ravi, Associate NCC Officer of 1(AN) Naval Unit NCC was awarded with Director General NCC Commendation card and badge for his utmost sincerity, dedication and exemplary performance. First Officer Kalluri Ravi is presently posted as GTT at GSSS, Haddo (Telugu), Port Blair and has been associated with Naval NCC for the past 13 years. He has actively organized and participated in various camps and social service activities that are being conducted by NCC all across the islands like Blood Donation, Puneet Sagar Abhiyaan, and Fit India Movement amongst many others.
Lt Cdr Ankit Pant and the staff of 1(AN) Naval NCC congratulated First Officer K Ravi on this achievement. The Commanding Officer highlighted that this award would be a great morale booster for all involved in NCC activities in the islands and will motivate others as well to come forward and volunteer for the organization.
