Port Blair, June 11: A Janbhagidari a flagship initiative of Ministry of Education, Govt of India, to create awareness and generate a sense of pride about G20, NEP and FLN was organized at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Panchawati North and Middle Andaman on 10-06-2023. Mr. Venkateswar Rao Pradhan Gram Panchayat Shivapuram was the Chief Guest, PRI’s Member Shivapuram panchayat Mr. B. Ashok, Mrs. Sanju Kumari and the official’s staff of Deputy Education office, Rangat was present at the function.
The Programme started with the welcome address by the principal in charge and gave a brief note on G20 presidency and key points of school and higher education and implementation of NEP -2020. Pradhan, in his speech focused on the main theme of G20 “Vasudhaiv Kutumbagham” or One World. One Family One Future, He also advised the students to follow the theme of G20 “Vasudhaiv Kutumbagham” and develop the mindset of “Oneness” during their schooling in order to maintain peace and Harmony among people.
The chief guest and other dignitaries started a month long plantation drive in JNV Campus, by planting a sapling. About 25 Students of nearby schools were also participated in the programme. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks
