Port Blair, Dec 27: On the 19th Anniversary of the 2004 tragic Tsunami, the Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) on the 26th of December, 2023 offered prayers in memory of those who lost their lives in the catastrophe.
The event began with observing 2 minute silence. Congress leaders later paid floral tributes to the portrait of the Tsunami memorial and recalled the magnitude of the tragedy and the lives that were forever changed.
Mr. Rangalal Halder, President ANTCC and Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman Campaign Committee, ANTCC expressed their deep sorrow and empathy for the victims and their families.
