Port Blair, Nov 08: Kumari Niti Das (17 Years) and Kumari A. Aruna (18 Years) both residents of Diglipur, North & Middle Andamans, after completion of all codal formalities, have obtained the much coveted International Black Belt awarded by the IKO Matsushima (Kyokushin Kai Kan), Japan. The Black Belts have been handed over to the above-named martial artists by Mr. Dipankar Mistry, Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, North & Middle Andamans District recently.
Both Kumari Niti Das and Kumari A. Aruna are the students of the Andaman Karate Association (Kyokushin Kai Kan), a full contact based martial-art organisation recognized by the International Karate Organisation (IKO MATSUSHIMA JAPAN).
