South Andaman District Police Successfully Recovers Lost Mobile Phones and Returns It to Rightful Owners

Port Blair, Apr 03: The South Andaman District Police has demonstrated exemplary commitment to public service by successful recovery of 45 lost mobile phones registered in Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) Portal during the period 01/01/2024 to 31/03/2024 and ensuring its safe return to its rightful owners.

In recent incidents, the vigilant and dedicated staff of the South Andaman District Police identified and recovered lost mobile phones from various locations. Recognizing the importance of personal belongings and the valuable data stored on mobile devices, the police officers swiftly took action to locate the owners and facilitate the return of the devices.

South Andaman District Police is committed to ensuring the safety and security of all individuals and safeguarding their personal belongings. The successful recovery and return of lost mobile phones underscore our commitment to serving the public and upholding the values of integrity and accountability.
