Port Blair, May 02: Mr. Rangalal Halder, President, ANTCC has extended warm greetings and best wishes to all the citizens of A&N Islands especially the Muslim community on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In his message, Mr. Halder said that the festivals celebrated by different religions and communities in our country give us an opportunity to share each other’s happiness by working together. The festival of Eid-ul-Fitr also gives a message of love, mutual brotherhood and the spirit of helping all. This festival will further strengthen the spirit of harmony and brotherhood in the Islands.
“I request all the capable people of the society to increase the joy and celebration of the festival by coming forward generously to help the resourceless and needy people during the crisis of COVID-19, respecting the message contained in this festival of happiness”, he added.
