Port Blair, Jun 08: State Control Room, Directorate of Disaster Management, A&N Administration issued a Weather warning over the A&N Islands received from IMD Kolkata.
It is informed that on 09th and 10th June 2022, thunderstorms and lightning with gusty wind (40-50 kmph) is likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands.
Due to squally weather with wind speed exceeding 45 kmph likely to prevail over Andaman Sea and A&N Islands, Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea along and off Andaman & Nicobar coast till 10th June 2022.
No Port Warning was issues.
