Port Blair, Apr 05: The general public and electricity consumers are hereby informed that, during the repair and maintenance of T&D lines and line clearance by tree pruning on 06.04.2024 (Saturday) and 07.04.2024 (Sunday), as announced vide this office Press Note No. EE/HQ/Tech/43/2024/26 dated 04.04.2024, the power supply will also remain suspended in the following areas between 08.00 AM and 03.00 PM in order to perform similar work in the feeders supplying power to the area. This planned outage is necessary to ensure the safety of the worker undertaking the maintenance work and reliable operation of the electricity grid.
