Port Blair, Nov 02: As a part of celebration of the forthcoming ‘National Ayurveda Day’, a two days ‘Exhibition on Medicinal Plants & Panchakarma Therapy’ has been organized by the AYUSH wing of DHS and A & N State AYUSH Society with the theme ‘Ayurveda for Public Health’.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Ms. Kriti Garg, IAS, Secretary (Health)/M.D. (NAM) in presence of Doctors & staff of AYUSH Hospital and general public. On the occasion, Secretary (Health) hailed the efforts of AYUSH for the initiative which will benefit public as most of the exhibits are locally available. The exhibition is open for general public on 2nd & 3rd November, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
